Warranty coverageThis warranty applies to Funplay’s products for the time periods described for each product type above and with the limitations described in this warranty. The warranty period applies from the date of purchase by the first customer. This warranty covers only defects in materials, production errors and structural integrity failures caused by defects in design, materials or manufacturing. Funplay’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products, without charge, at Funplay’s discretion.
Proper installation and maintenanceThe warranty only applies if funplay’s products have been installed according to the instructions provided by Funplay and maintained correctly according to the Funplay Maintenance Manual. All warranty claims shall be accompanied by full documentation for proper installation and maintenance.
Warranty exclusionsThis warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, surface corrosion on metal parts, discolored surfaces and other cosmetic issues or failures due to misuse or vandalism. Natural changes in wood over time are considered cosmetic issues and are not covered.
Proper installation ensures the safety and longevity of our products. We offer two primary installation methods: self-standing and grouting. Follow these guidelines carefully to ensure a secure and stable installation.
Installation Methods
In this method, the base plates of the equipment are
directly fastened to the concrete surface using anchor
bolts. This type of installation is generally done on
podiums and terraces where the surface available is
Plain Cement Concrete (PCC). Ensure minimum PCC
thickness of 180 mm.
This method is generally preferred when the proposed
area is on ground level. Holes of approximately 1.5' x
1.5' x 1.5' (450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm) are dug, and
the equipment base pipes are placed in the holes. The
holes are then filled with concrete to ensure a solid
base.
Before you begin the installation process, it's essential to follow these pre-installation guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient setup:
